NOTICE:
- For confirmation, please provide us with your full name and complete flight detail (airline, flight number, and arrival time).
- Sultan Palace closes at 1 PM and Water Castle at 3 PM. Please consider your flight arrival time when booking this tour.
- Payment is to be made as follows: 50% upon meeting your driver at the airport or during the first day of the trip, and the remaining balance at the end of the trip. Kindly prepare the initial payment before arrival.
- If you prefer to pay in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), kindly check the live exchange rate on XE.com at the time of payment, and adjust the amount accordingly.
- Once booking and payment have been made, if you decide not to enter the attraction site, the entrance ticket fee is non-refundable.
- This tour is NOT applicable on MONDAY, because on MONDAY temples and museums in Yogyakarta are CLOSED.
- Any natural disturbances during the tour (fog, rain, landslides, or other natural conditions) are beyond our responsibility.
