All conversations remain private between you and Jogjakarta Driver. We may use general analytics to improve website performance without identifying users personally.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• Provide your full name and hotel address (or airport pickup details).
• Payment: 50% deposit at pickup, and the rest during or after the trip.
• Accepted methods: Cash or bank transfer (IDR preferred). For conversion, check XE.com.
• After confirmation, entrance tickets are non-refundable if you skip any attraction.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancelations at pickup: 50% of the total charge applies.
• Overland tours: Notify at least 48 hours before to avoid fees.
• Refunds (if eligible) are processed directly by our team.

4. Weather & Natural Events

Tours operate in all reasonable weather conditions. Natural events such as rain, fog, or road closures are beyond our control. Routes may be adjusted if conditions are unsafe, ensuring guest comfort and safety remain our top priorities.

5. Local Culture & Village Rhythm

When joining local programs, please follow local rhythm — life in villages is not staged. Some days you may find ceremonies, farming, or quiet evenings. Be humble, smile often, and enjoy authentic experiences.

6. Example Daily Experience

A typical day may include: a comfortable $60/night boutique hotel, local meals around $10 per person, and two attractions (about $15 each). Total around $120–$160 per day — but the real value lies in peace, privacy, and companionship throughout your journey.

This service is ideal for solo travelers, especially women, or couples seeking privacy and safety. A trusted companion may join check-ins or activities if you wish — no extra charge, as hotels charge per room, not per guest.
